Family and working sphere are inseparably connected. Initiated by WEILBURGER Coatings, new ways are taken in the care of children since January, 2007, in connection with companies in the commuter-belt of Weilburg (Feig Electronic, district savings bank Weilburg and public utilities Weilburg) in cooperation with the town of Weilburg.

The full-time care of children between 7 a.m. and 18 p.m. offers new perspectives for both the employees and the company. Children in the age between one year and enrolment in an elementary school are cared. The town Weilburg arranges the premises and takes over the personal management. The total costs are taken over by the company in proportion to the time needed for the care of the children.

We offer a better compatibility between working time and time of care for our co-workers.

The symposium “Family and Job” organized by the “German Association of Towns and Municipalities” has pointed out that the WEILBURGER Coatings activity “Under starry sky” is an extraordinary project that merits special notice. The joint activity of different companies with the municipality is unique in Germany.
