In this area an extensive product assortment for all conceivable applications is at your disposal.

This begins with products for the temporary corrosion protection both conventionally with solvents and with modern water dilutable systems.

In the case of exterior coatings for steel and copper pipes we have developed environmentally safe products which particularly are conceived for the processing with the Vacumat almost enabling a processing without losses.

Especially in the range of waste water treatment, highest resistance against acids, alcaline solutions and disinfectants is demanded. For the protection of pipes an fittings nearly solvent-free coating systems are available.

Glass decoration

For glass decorative and functional coatings are available. These mat or glossy products offer an excellent resistance against caustic solutions and alcohol.

An additional very interesting product is used for the coating of the side walls of glass bricks. This coating is characterized by a good adhesion on glass and a very good alkali resistance.

Decorative glass coatings for lampshades, vases, and glass containers complete the range of products.

Effect coatings

Apart from hammer finishes and textured coatings, still in demand, also a variety of grained coatings belong to our wide range of products.

New high metallic effects are achieved at a DFT of only 3-5 microns. Depending on the requirements, these products can be protected by mat or glossy 1K hydro clear varnishes. Alternatively, 2K varnishes for highest requirements or 100% UV systems from WEILBURGER are used increasingly.

Additionally, sputter effect varnishes, spot varnishes, crackle-finish enamel and tearing varnishes are available.

Heating technology
