Apart from the consumer electronics we offer product solutions for household appliances, watches, alarm clocks, furniture knobs as well as for the lightning industry to mention only some ranges. There is an increasing demand of high metallics, similar to Chrome plated surfaces and multicolour effects. Brilliant colours from glossy silver to deep black are possible. Whether mat or highly gloss, smoothly or textured, all colours can be offered. These new high metallic effects are achieved at a DFT of only 3-5 microns. Depending on the requirements, these products can be protected by mat or glossy 2 pack K hydro clear varnishes. Alternatively, 2K varnishes for highest requirements or 100% UV systems from WEILBURGER are used increasingly.
